What is matcha tea and why is it worth drinking?

How to properly prepare matcha at home?
Brewing matcha is incredibly simple and makes for a pleasant, relaxing ritual. Just pour an appropriate portion of the powder into your favorite mug or traditional bowl, and then pour water at a temperature of about 80°C (176°F) (never boiling water, so as not to lose valuable properties and flavor). The whole thing should be thoroughly mixed – using a bamboo whisk or an electric milk frother – until you get a smooth, uniform consistency with a characteristic froth. You can top up the ready infusion with your favorite cow's milk or plant-based beverage (e.g., oat or almond) and sweeten it according to your preferences.
