PRIVACY POLICY
§ 1. General Provisions
- The Data Controller is No Matrix No sp. z o.o., located at Rynek 60/2, Wrocław. Data protection is carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions, and data is stored on secure servers.
- In order to safeguard the data entrusted to us, we have implemented internal procedures and guidelines aimed at preventing unauthorized access. We monitor their implementation and regularly verify compliance with relevant legal acts, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and various executive acts and EU law.
- The personal data of the Service Recipient and Client are processed pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) (GDPR) and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204 as amended).
- Personal data is processed based on the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or in order to perform a contract concluded between the parties.
- For clarity, the term “User” is replaced by “You” and “Administrator” by “We.” “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- We respect the right to privacy and take steps to ensure data security. For this purpose, we use a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
- Personal data provided via the contact form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.
§ 2. Data Controller
- The Service Provider is the administrator of its customers’ data. This means that if you have an Account on our site, we may process data such as:
- First and last name
- Tax identification number (NIP), especially for entrepreneurs
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- Delivery address
- Data required for processing payment for the Order
- IP address
- The Service Provider is also the administrator for individuals subscribed to the newsletter.
- Personal data is processed:
- a. in accordance with legal provisions on personal data protection;
- b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy;
- c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, modify or terminate it, and properly perform services provided electronically;
- d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to pursue legitimate interests (lawful purposes), provided that such processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject;
- e. to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you, for example if you have subscribed to our newsletter.
- Every individual whose data is processed (if We are the administrator) has the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of their data, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- You may contact the person supervising personal data processing within the Service Provider’s organization via email at shop@lasszamana.pl.
- We reserve the right to process your data after the Agreement has ended or consent has been withdrawn, but only to the extent necessary to pursue any claims in court or if required by national, EU, or international legal provisions to retain data.
- The Service Provider may disclose User personal data and other information to entities authorized under applicable legal provisions (e.g., law enforcement authorities).
- Personal data may be deleted if consent is withdrawn or if a legally permissible objection to data processing is submitted.
- The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized by applicable legal provisions.
- Personal data is processed only by individuals authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.
- Users can make changes to their personal data after registering and then logging in to the Online Store using their password and login.
§ 3. Cookies
- The lasszamana.pl website uses cookies—small text files sent by a web server and stored by your web browser. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. The parameters allow the information contained therein to be read only by the server that created them, thus facilitating the use of previously visited websites. The information collected may include IP address, type of browser, language, operating system, internet service provider, date and time, location, and details sent via the contact form.
- The collected data is used to monitor and analyze how users interact with our websites, so that we can improve functionality and offer more efficient, problem-free navigation. We track user information via Google Analytics, which records user behavior on the site. Cookies identify the user, enabling content customization. By remembering preferences, cookies help us tailor ads accordingly. We use cookies to ensure the highest level of convenience on our site. The data collected is used solely within No Matrix No Sp. z o.o. to optimize operations.
- Our website uses the following cookies:
- “necessary” cookies – to enable services available within the site, e.g., authentication cookies for services requiring authentication;
- security cookies – used to detect abuse in authentication within the service;
- “performance” cookies – for gathering information on how the site’s pages are used by visitors;
- “functional” cookies – allowing the site to “remember” user-selected settings and personalize the interface, e.g., language or region of origin, font size, and site layout.

- Additional personal data, such as an email address, is collected only in locations where the user has explicitly consented—e.g., by filling out a form. Any such data is stored and used solely to perform the stated function.
Collection, Acquisition, Scope, and Purpose of Personal Data Gathering
- The Administrator informs Users that it entrusts personal data processing to the following entities:
- Edrone Sp. z o.o., ul. Lekarska 1, 31-203 Kraków, NIP: 676-248-20-64, KRS: 0000537197 – for use of the edrone.me mailing system, supporting the newsletter.
- Edrone Sp. z o.o., ul. Lekarska 1, 31-203 Kraków, NIP: 676-248-20-64, KRS: 0000537197 – for marketing purposes specifically for email, SMS, and social media campaigns launched or indicated by the Administrator using the edrone system.
- The Administrator also uses the following technologies to track actions taken by users/customers on the Store’s website:
- Edrone tracking codes – for analyzing Store website statistics as well as for marketing purposes limited to email, SMS, and social media campaigns launched or indicated by the Administrator via the edrone system.
