Description
"DOUBLE JAGUAR" Tepi Made of Teak Wood
Tectona grandis
Size: M
Handmade product.
Las Szamana® is one of the few producers in Poland creating Tepi from this exceptional wood.
Tectona grandis, also known as teak, is a highly valued tree species native to the tropical regions of South and Southeast Asia. Teak wood has long been considered one of the more noble functional materials, especially because of its durability, resistance, and naturally elegant appearance.
Teak wood is hard, stable, and resistant to everyday use. It naturally contains oily compounds that help it tolerate moisture well and maintain its structure for a long time. For this reason, it has long been used in craftsmanship, furniture making, decorative elements, and objects designed to be durable, comfortable, and aesthetic.
The "DOUBLE JAGUAR" model was created for people who feel connected to the symbolism of power, instinct, protection, and deep contact with nature. In many traditions, the jaguar is associated with night, silence, alertness, courage, and the ability to move between what is visible and what is hidden.
The double jaguar strengthens this symbolism. It is no longer only a single guardian of instinct, but two aspects of the same force - alertness and action, silence and power, protection and courage. This model reminds us of inner balance between intuition and decision, between calmness and readiness to move.
The symbolism of the jaguar is neither loud nor showy. It is power that acts in focus. It is presence, instinct, and certainty of movement. The jaguar reminds us that true strength often does not need noise - alertness, trust in one’s own guidance, and the courage to go deeper into one’s truth are enough.
Combined with teak wood, this model gains a noble, warm, and stable character. The natural durability of teak wood works beautifully with the symbolism of the double jaguar - guardian of instinct, courage, protection, and conscious presence. It is a Tepi with strong meaning, yet also with an elegant and harmonious expression.
Each Tepi is handmade, so individual pieces may slightly differ in shade, grain pattern, details, and finish. This is a natural feature of working with wood, making every product unique and giving it its own character.
Features of teak wood:
-
Hard, stable, and durable wood valued in craftsmanship and furniture making.
-
Natural resistance to moisture thanks to the oily compounds present in the wood structure.
-
Good resistance to deformation and dimensional changes under varying humidity.
-
Warm, natural coloring - from golden tones to darker browns.
-
Well suited for hand processing, sanding, and precise finishing.
-
Each piece has an individual grain pattern and natural wood character.
Symbolism of the "DOUBLE JAGUAR" model:
-
Double power, courage, and deep inner strength.
-
Instinct, alertness, and trust in one’s own guidance.
-
Protection, presence, and the ability to move in silence.
-
Balance between calmness and action, intuition and decision.
-
Connection with nature, night, earth, and the primal intelligence of the body.
"DOUBLE JAGUAR" Tepi Made of Teak Wood is a handmade object for people who appreciate natural materials, strong symbolism, and craftsmanship with an individual character. It combines the durability of teak wood with the energy of the double jaguar - instinct, protection, courage, and consciously stepping into one’s true strength.
